Caerus and Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd have obtained planning permission for two applications comprising a new 1,260 sqm Jewson store off Lyon Road and a mixed-use scheme of 47 homes, associated parking and 555 sqm of ground floor commercial space off South Street.
