Caerus have submitted revised plans for their development at High Street, Wanstead. The proposal remains as 24 homes, ground floor creche and significant public open space however the new plans present a revised layout, an amended mix of dwellings, an additional disabled parking space and new “play on the way” space at the front of the site.
