Caerus Developments are delighted to have submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Lewisham for a 100% affordable housing scheme at Grinling Place, Deptford.
The scheme comprises 38 residential units, all affordable, within a part four, part six-storey building alongside a ground floor commercial unit (Class E and F1 sought).

Caerus Developments have obtained Resolution to Grant for a mixed-use scheme of 24 apartments, ground floor nursery and public open space at High Street Wanstead. Caerus would like to thank Redbridge Officers, Councillors and the public for their input into the planning process for a scheme that delivers many benefits including new housing, affordable housing, jobs and new public open space. Following clearance of any planning conditions, the team would be hopeful that works would start later this year or early into 2025.
