Caerus Developments have obtained Resolution to Grant for a mixed-use scheme of 24 apartments, ground floor nursery and public open space at High Street Wanstead. Caerus would like to thank Redbridge Officers, Councillors and the public for their input into the planning process for a scheme that delivers many benefits including new housing, affordable housing, jobs and new public open space. Following clearance of any planning conditions, the team would be hopeful that works would start later this year or early into 2025.

Caerus Developments have submitted revised plans for their development at High Street, Wanstead. Caerus Developments and Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd have obtained planning permission for two applications comprising a new 1,260 sqm Jewson store off Lyon Road and a mixed-use scheme of 47 apartments, associated parking and 555 sqm of ground floor commercial space off South Street. 

Caerus Developments have completed their second deal to PA Housing. The project will be delivered as 100% affordable with the commercial unit being retained by Caerus with a pre let secured to a nursery user. Target completion late 2023. 

Caerus Developments have secured our 4th planning permission in Havering with provision of 88 residential apartments and 56 parking spaces at London Road, Romford.

The 1 acre site was acquired unconditionally within 10 days of papers being received.

The 35 private apartments and commercial unit are due to complete summer 2022 and will be held by our partner Passion Property Group.
