Prior to joining Caerus in 2015, Tom spent six years at Crest Nicholson; three within their Regeneration division unlocking major development projects in association with public and private bodies, then a further three years helping establish Crest Nicholson London’s development portfolio. Tom specialises in acquisition due diligence, planning applications and financial modelling. Tom has been a member of the RICS since May 2012, RTPI Licentiate member since 2010 and possesses an MSc in Planning and a BSc in Real Estate, both from the University of Reading.
